Zikaron BaSalon
A grassroots memorial evening had grown, quietly, into a global act of shared listening. The question was no longer how to grow it — but how to hold it as it scaled without hollowing out its intimacy.
Reframed the organisation's positioning around the room, not the reach. Built a strategic partnership with Waze that translated the intimacy of the salon into a public act of navigation and civic participation.
Reach was not the metric. Presence was. The right partnership was one that could carry people into rooms they had never entered, without changing what happened inside them.
A multi-year strategic alignment with Waze, a clarified organisational narrative, and a partnership template the team continues to use in other contexts.
