Four ways to bring me into the room.

The shape changes with the decision. What follows is a starting map - most engagements begin as one of these, and are shaped from there.

Handwritten strategy cards and notes pinned to a warm linen board - the shape of a working session.

Process

A monthly rhythm of strategic reviews, plus on-call availability for consequential decisions between them.

Outcome

Sustained clarity over quarters and years. A brand and organisation that stay in focus while everything around them changes.

Deliverables

  • · Fractional CMO

  • · Leadership support
  • · Long-term strategy

FAQ · 004

Frequently asked, quietly answered.

Who do you typically work with?
Founders, CEOs, executive directors, marketing directors and boards. Startups, growing companies, NGOs, educational institutions, municipalities and impact organisations. The frame is the same; the audiences and stakes differ.
Do you only work in the impact sector?
No. Much of my experience is there, but strategic thinking travels. The same practice serves technology, healthcare, education and companies in growth phases.
How is a project typically scoped?
We start with a short conversation, then a written proposal that names the question, the shape of the engagement, and the outcome. If a workshop is the right first step, we start there.
How quickly can we start?
A first conversation usually happens within a week. Sessions and workshops can often be scheduled within two to three weeks; longer projects are booked further ahead.
Availability?
I take on a limited number of engagements each year. Retained advisory is limited to a small number of ongoing clients at any given time.

The right first step is a conversation.
